Who We Are
Blue Springs Pool & Construction was founded in Lampasas with one idea behind it: build pools that hold up in Central Texas. Rocky limestone shelves on one lot, shifting clay on the next. The soil here decides how a pool ages, and most of that work happens long before anyone sees water.
We are veteran owned and family operated, and that shows up in the parts of the job you usually cannot see. Straight answers on price. A crew that shows up when we said. A build we are willing to put our name on ten years from now.

Common Questions
It depends on size, construction type, site conditions and how much of the backyard you want finished. Fiberglass projects generally start lower than custom gunite because the shell is factory built. The honest answer is that we can give you a real range on a walkthrough, and a line item proposal after the design. We will not quote a number over the phone that changes later.
Fiberglass installs move faster than gunite because the shell arrives finished. Gunite takes longer because concrete, tile and decking each need their own cure and inspection windows. Permitting, weather and rock all affect the schedule. We give you a projected timeline in the proposal and tell you when it moves.
Gunite if you want a custom shape, unusual depth, an infinity edge or a pool that has to work around a difficult lot. Fiberglass if you want a faster install, a lower maintenance surface and a known model that fits your yard. We build both with separate crews, so we have no reason to steer you toward one over the other.
Yes. Permitting and structural engineering are part of every build we do. Central Texas soil moves, and the engineering that keeps a pool shell from cracking is not the place to cut corners. We handle the paperwork and the inspections so you are not chasing the county.
We work with HFS Home Improvement Loans, Viking Capital and Lyon Financial. Each one handles pool projects specifically, and none of them require you to commit to a build in order to see what you qualify for. Tell us your target monthly payment and we will design to it.
