Our Founder

From The Army To The Backyard

TJ Wright, our founder, did not grow up with much stability. Money was tight and the lessons came the hard way, long before there was a business to run. At eighteen he joined the Army, and came home a different person than he left it: more disciplined, harder to rattle, and used to finishing what he started.

That mindset carried straight into a corporate career first, and then into building Blue Springs Pool & Construction. It is a simple story, but it is the one that actually matters here. The same accountability, direct communication and follow through the military demands is what runs this company today, on every job site, every phone call and every schedule we set and keep.

Blue Springs Pool & Construction was founded right here in Lampasas with one job to do: give Central Texas homeowners a pool building experience built on integrity and real engineering, not just a sales pitch.
