Pool Renovations & Remodeling
A pool doesn't have to be torn out and rebuilt to feel new again. We renovate and remodel pools that have fallen behind on their finish, their features, or their equipment, and bring them back to a condition that matches how the property is actually used today.
01
Plaster wears, stains, and roughens over time, and tile lines crack or fall off the wall. We resurface pools in plaster, pebble, or quartz finishes and replace waterline and accent tile, so the pool looks and feels new without changing its footprint.

Feature Additions & Reshaping
Sun shelves, raised spas, fire and water features, and reshaped steps are some of the most common reasons a homeowner or property calls us for a renovation instead of a repair. Adding a feature usually means cutting into the existing shell and rebuilding that section, which we plan around your pool's existing structure.
03
Pumps, filters, heaters, and safety equipment age out long before the shell does. We upgrade equipment to more efficient models, add automatic safety covers, and bring older pools up to current code where it applies, especially on commercial and HOA properties.
Renovation Or Repair?
A repair usually fixes one specific problem, like a cracked tile line, a failing pump, or a leak. A renovation is the right call when the wear runs across the whole pool, the look feels dated, or you want to add a feature that wasn't part of the original design.
If you're not sure which one your pool needs, we'll take a look and tell you honestly, rather than scope a bigger project than the pool actually calls for.
Good To Know
New construction and major renovation work reaches up to a two-hour radius of Lampasas.
How It Works
You will know what happens next at every stage. That is the whole point.
We walk the pool, diagnose what's actually worn out, and tell you honestly whether it's a repair or a renovation.
A plan for resurfacing, feature additions, or equipment upgrades, scoped to what the pool actually needs, not a bigger job than you asked for.
Structural changes like a new shelf, spa, or expanded footprint get permitted before work starts. A straight resurface usually does not need one.
Draining, surface removal, structural work, tile, and finish, coordinated so the pool is out of service for the shortest reasonable stretch.
We refill the pool, balance the water, and commission any new equipment before handing it back to you, cured and ready to swim.

Financing
A resurface, feature addition, or equipment upgrade does not have to happen in one lump sum. We work with third-party lenders who specialize in pool projects, so your renovation can move forward on a monthly payment you're comfortable with.
Common Questions
A repair usually addresses one specific issue, like a cracked tile line or a failing pump. A renovation is the right call when the plaster is worn and staining, the pool's look feels dated, or you want to add features like a tanning ledge, spa, or new water feature that were not part of the original design. If you are not sure which one you need, we can take a look and tell you honestly.
Renovations can be as simple as a resurface and new tile, or as involved as reshaping steps, adding a sun shelf or spa, upgrading equipment, and re-decking the entire patio. We will scope the project around what is actually worn out or what you want changed, not push a bigger job than you need.
In most cases, yes. Adding a sun shelf, spa, or water feature to an existing pool usually means cutting into the existing shell and rebuilding that section, which is more involved than a straight resurface, but it is a common renovation request and one we can plan around your existing layout.
It depends on the scope. A resurface or equipment swap typically does not require the same permitting as new construction, but structural changes like adding a shelf, spa, or expanding the pool's footprint usually do. We handle the permitting for any work that requires it as part of the project.
